   Conference on Mekong Delta investment and development held by co-ordination of Can Tho People’s committee, Ministry of Planning and Investment, and MDEC.

   Time of Conference: September 6^th, 2010 in Can Tho City

   This is a conference  under the program of national investment promotion, which is expected to attract from 500 to 700 domestic and foreign delegates (including: representatives of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Planning and Investment, foreign investment agency, Ministry of industry and trade, consulate general, institutions of investment promotion, trade, foreign investors (Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Italia), financial and economic corporations, foreign investment funds in Vietnam, institutions of government, regional enterprises and others.

• For investment projects inside industrial parks and centers of industry and handicrafts of districts and rural districts, the authority professional units of Can Tho city will have the responsibility to construct infrastructure for electricity supply, water supply, telecommunication systems unit the fences of each enterprise.
• For investment projects outside industrial parks and centers of industry and handicrafts of districts and rural districts and investment projects in isles of the Hau river, the professional authority units will construct infrastructure to meet the demand for implementing the project based on each project.
• For investment projects constructing tourism areas, the municipal People’s Committee will consider to decide the assistance aid portion from the state budget for building infrastructure for the projects based on the specific conditions of each project.

Ninh Kieu Wharf "Oh! There!, Ninh Kieu wharf of Can Tho How lovely the ancient Cage house is!"

The station on Hai Ba Trung road is under the administration of Tan An precinct, Ninh Kieu urban district (in the centre of Can Tho City). The wharf lasts from Bungalov to fruit market area. At the side of the river bank locates pier to provinces in the Southwest.
